By using our Website, you agree unconditionally and irrevocably to these Terms on behalf of yourself and/or any sub-user authorized by you under your individual or corporate account. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

Use of the Website

User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password, and for all activities under your account.
  • You agree that you are responsible for any users authorized under your account.

Prohibited Activities

  • You agree not to misuse the Website, including by engaging in activities such as hacking, data mining, introducing viruses, or any other action intended to disrupt the operation of the Website or its services.
  • You may not use our Website for any unlawful purposes or in ways that violate any local, national, or international laws.

Booking Conditions

Booking Process

  • Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For services booked less than 24 hours before your flight, an additional 100% charge will apply.
  • Once you complete a booking, a confirmation will be sent via email to the address you provided. Services are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive the booking confirmation.

Payment Terms

  • All payments are due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Revolut, and cash at our company’s head office.
  • Post-payment option: You may choose to pay later using the accepted payment methods. In the case of postpayment, the service fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
  • If an error occurs in the pricing or service description on our Website, we reserve the right to correct it after booking, in which case we will notify you promptly.

Cancellations, Changes and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your flight will incur a 100% charge and are non-refundable.
  • Changes to bookings are not permitted. If any changes to the flight or services are required, you must cancel the existing booking and create a new one.
  • Refunds will not be issued for services canceled less than 24 hours before your flight. For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund will be provided without penalty.

Service Provision and Availability

Service Availability

  • The availability of our services is dynamic and dependent on external conditions (e.g., airport operations). We do not guarantee that all services listed on our Website will be available at the time of booking.

Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, weather, governmental actions, or other events of force majeure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude:

  • All conditions, warranties, and other terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity.
