Kalimera provides Meet & Greet and VIP airport assistance at Larnaca and Paphos airports for arrivals and departures. A representative meets the passenger, guides them through the relevant airport procedures, assists with baggage when included and accompanies them to the driver, receiving party, VIP Lounge or toward boarding, depending on the service booked.

Meet & Greet is more than a stand-alone Express Lane. An airport Express Lane provides access to a dedicated queue at specific procedures. Kalimera provides a person who accompanies the passenger through the agreed part of the airport journey. Any airport priority lanes remain subject to official airport rules and availability.

Arrival Meet & Greet

On arrival, the passenger is met at the agreed airport point. Where airport operations allow, this may be at the aircraft door or jetway. The representative guides the passenger through the relevant arrival procedures, assists with baggage when included and accompanies the passenger to the driver, car or receiving party.

Departure Meet & Greet

For departure, the representative meets the passenger at the agreed airport point, assists with luggage and check-in, guides them through the relevant departure procedures and can accompany them to the VIP Lounge or toward boarding, depending on the confirmed service.
