Private Transfers in Cyprus — Airports, Cities and Hotels

Kalimera provides private transfers across Cyprus between cities, hotels, villas and other addresses, as well as to and from Larnaca and Paphos airports. Choose a one-way trip or request the return journey too. We confirm the vehicle, collection arrangements and price before you travel.

You do not need a flight to book a transfer. We can arrange:

• Airport pickups and journeys to Larnaca or Paphos Airport
• City-to-city transfers for business trips, visits or a change of destination
• Journeys between hotels, villas and private addresses
• Transfers to an office or an agreed meeting location
• An outbound journey with a separately arranged return pickup

Tell us the full pickup and destination addresses, date, preferred time, passenger numbers and luggage. If the itinerary includes another stop, include it in the request so we can price the complete journey.

Heading from Limassol to a meeting in Nicosia, moving from Larnaca to a hotel in Paphos or continuing your stay in another part of the island? Send us the two addresses and the time you need to travel.

Your fare is based on the route, vehicle and requested arrangements. An airport tariff does not automatically apply to a journey between two city addresses.

For a return trip, give us the second pickup time and location. If you need the driver to wait between journeys, request that explicitly so availability and waiting charges can be confirmed.

Changing hotels does not have to mean working out the journey with your bags at reception. We can arrange collection at one property and a transfer to the next.

For villas around Coral Bay, Polis or Latchi, a map pin can be useful alongside the address. Please mention access instructions, an additional pickup or a stop before we confirm the booking.

Let us know about large suitcases, a pushchair or a pet carrier. Four passengers and four large bags need a different amount of room from four passengers travelling light.

Arrange a transfer from Larnaca Airport to Limassol, Nicosia, Ayia Napa, Protaras, Paphos or another confirmed destination. We also provide the return direction: from your hotel, home or office to Larnaca Airport.

For an arrival, send the flight number and date with your destination. We confirm where to meet the driver. For a departure, include your collection address and flight details so the pickup can be planned around the journey and your airline's check-in requirements.

From Paphos Airport, you can request a transfer to Paphos, Coral Bay, Limassol, Polis or Latchi, as well as other routes in our fare tables. Transfers back to Paphos Airport can be arranged from your hotel, villa or other address.

For a stay in Latchi or Polis, send the full property address. The approved Standard airport fare for this route is €100 per vehicle, one way. A journey from another city is priced separately.

Both Larnaca and Paphos are practical options. Allow around an hour on the road as an initial guide; the actual journey depends on your address, collection time and traffic. Arrival formalities and baggage collection are additional to driving time.

The Standard airport base fare to Limassol is €75 from either airport. Include the exact hotel or address when you request the transfer.

The selected fares below are in euros per vehicle for a one-way airport journey. The same base fare applies in the reverse direction on each listed route. Fuel and parking are included. Other vehicle categories and destinations are available in the full tables and calculator above.

For an intercity trip, a hotel-to-hotel transfer or another route, send the addresses for a separate quote. A displayed airport fare does not confirm vehicle availability.

• Waiting included: up to one hour after landing for airport pickup, or up to 20 minutes at a hotel or collection address
• Child seat: €5 per seat, one way. Include the child's age.
• Night service, 22:00–06:00: +20%
• Urgent booking less than six hours before landing: +20%
• Additional drop-off stop: €5
• Extended waiting: the rate is confirmed at booking
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the transfer: 100% cancellation charge

These are the airport-transfer conditions. For other journeys, the quote specifies the inclusions, waiting, additions and cancellation terms. Where several additions apply, we confirm the final total before payment.

Request a Standard vehicle, E Class, V Class or another listed category. Tell us the passenger numbers and luggage before choosing: a seat count alone does not tell us how much space you need.

Include children's ages, child-seat requirements, pets and any access needs. We check the suitable vehicle and confirm availability for your booking. Bags are welcome; surprises about how many are less helpful.

If your journey includes a flight, you can request Fast Track with personal airport assistance separately from the road transfer.

On arrival, assistance can include the relevant formalities, baggage collection and reaching your driver. On departure, you can request help with check-in and airport procedures. Optional VIP Lounge access can also be requested. Your confirmation lists each booked service and its price.
