For airport assistance, add the airport, flight number, date and passenger numbers. For a transfer, tell us the pickup point, destination, date and time. A hotel name is helpful; for a villa, a map pin can save a few turns.

Mention children, pets or extra luggage now so we can check suitable arrangements. You can book for a parent, a colleague or a guest and leave your own contact details.

Yes. Start with the flight details, passenger numbers and your contact details. Names and remaining information can follow after the initial availability check.

Yes. Tell us who you are arranging the service for and who should receive the confirmation. If another person will meet the passenger afterwards, include their meeting arrangements too.

Yes. We arrange private transfers to and from the airports, between cities, and to hotels, villas or other agreed addresses. For a journey without a flight, send the pickup and destination addresses, date, time, passenger numbers and luggage details.

Lounge access is an optional addition to departure assistance, subject to availability. Adult access starts from €65; children aged 2–12 are €45 and infants under 2 are free. Request it with your departure service so we can confirm availability.

We confirm the meeting point for your flight. Arrangements depend on the airport, its operating procedures and the service booked. Required passport, customs and security checks still apply; a fixed clearance time is not guaranteed.
