Extra charges and cancellation
- Child seat: €5 one way, on request.
- Night transfer (22:00–06:00): +20% to the base price.
- Additional passenger drop-off stop: +€5 per stop.
- Urgent booking (less than 6 hours before aircraft landing): +20% and subject to availability.
- Extended waiting: waiting beyond 1 hour at the airport or 20 minutes at the hotel is charged as standby service — the rate is confirmed at booking.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the transfer price.

Are transfer prices one way?
Yes. All published prices are in EUR and apply to one-way transfers.
Do the same prices apply to and from the airport?
Yes. The same base price applies for transfers from and to the airport for each route.
How much airport waiting time is included?
Up to 1 hour after the aircraft has landed is included. Additional waiting is charged separately as standby service.
Is there a night surcharge?
Yes. Transfers between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a 20% surcharge on the base price.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. A child seat can be added for €5 one way, on request.
Can I add an extra passenger drop-off stop?
Yes. Each additional drop-off stop is €5.
What if I book shortly before the flight lands?
Orders placed less than 6 hours before aircraft landing carry a 20% surcharge and are subject to vehicle availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are charged at 100% of the transfer price.
